About Us
Since 1941, Kirkhill Inc., has been a prime Manufacturer of rubber plumbing repair parts. In July 1996, several former employees of Kirkhill Inc. (a rubber plumbing parts manufacturer) formed the company, Kirkhill Manufacturing Company ("KMC Acquisition Corporation"), and purchased the rubber products manufacturing division and equipment of Kirkhill Inc. There was never any shared ownership or relationship of any kind between Kirkhill Inc. and KMC Acquisition Corporation, except both companies shared the name Kirkhill.
