It was 12:30 pm one Saturday afternoon Becky was waiting at the "Sandwich Café"

for her close friend Ashley to arrive. Becky and Ashley have been friends ever since elementary school where they met. The two have stayed in touch with each other over the years. Both women meet at the "Sandwich Café" on the first Saturday of every month to catch up with one another.

Ashley comes running into the café and quickly sits down and tells Becky she is sorry for being so late. Becky tells her to calm down and catch her breath. Scott, Dan, Rachel and I thought we had the presentation done yesterday. Becky asks, "Did you go to that company you found last month?" Ashley replies, "Yes, the guy showed us the completed piece yesterday. It didn't look bad; it just wasn't what my brothers and sister was thinking how it was going to turn out." Becky tells her, "I'm sorry you're having so much trouble." Ashley replies, "So since yesterday I have been in search of a new place to have it done at." Ashley asks Becky, "Do you know anyone who could help us?" Becky thinks about it and tells her, "Yes I do, Jessica from my church referred me to a company called SCUOTTO GRAPHICS PLUS (SGP)." I actually used them for one of my projects just recently." Ashley was so relieved to hear that. Then asks her, "Do you know how I can get a hold of them?" Becky goes into her purse and gives Ashley one of their cards. Becky even tells her, "They are not too far from where you live." Ashley replies, "Thank you Becky, I will get a hold of them when I get home." Becky tells her, "I even got a free gift card to that store we like up the street from here." Ashley replies, "Wow that is great." Both women finish eating and head to the store up the sreet.

A couple of days have passed and Ashley goes over to SGP for her appointment. She is greeted by Brooke the receptionist. Ashley tells her "I'm here for my appointment with Jerry." Brooke replies, "Ok, I will tell him you are here." After a few minutes Jerry comes out of his office to meet with Ashley; he introduces himself as Jerry, President and CEO of SCUOTTO GRAPHICS PLUS (SGP). Both go into his office. Jerry tells her, "Brooke told me the trouble you had at the last place you had been, sorry to hear that." Jerry continues to tell her, "That is why I have decided to personally monitor your project from beginning to end." Ashley replies, "Thank you, I really appreciate it." Jerry tells her, "Normally one of our sales representatives would be doing this client consultation." Both Jerry and Ashley go over the details of what exactly she is looking for. Before Ashley leaves Jerry provides her with a project quote for her to review and a form to sign. As she is looking it over, Jerry tells her, "On your project invoice there will be a 25% discount on it for this project. He continues telling her, "Were giving you the "New Client Coupon" discount." Ashley replies, "Wow thank you." Jerry tells her, "I will give you a call in a couple of days so you can see what we have." Ashley replies, "That would be great." Both say goodbye and Ashley leaves.

Jerry called Ashley a couple days later and asked her to come in. Ashley arrives and meets with Jerry to view the presentation. Ashley was very appreciative of how much better it came out. Ashley thanked Jerry for what SGP was able to do. Before leaving Ashley paid her project invoice which was discounted 25%. Once her project invoice was paid Brooke handed her a FREE Gift Card to "Sandwich Café." Ashley told her, "Oh, thank you" and left.
