Situation #1: Thanks
Tammy Burk is an Administrative Assistant for Happy Moms Inc. While driving into work one morning, she thought it would be a nice idea to bring in some coffee and muffins to her fellow employees. Steven Humble a top ranking sales representative for Hi Tech Central was able to land a $20,000 account with Wireless Paper. All of his competitors had been fighting to get Wireless Paper as their new client for months. As a special thank you Steven wanted to treat Jack Nicoll the Account Director to dinner. However, at that moment, He was out of ideas on where to take him. Just then, he remembered receiving in the mail two days ago, a gift card from a company called SGP for Big John's Steakhouse restaurant. Steven mentioned the restaurant to the client and he loved the idea.
