Project Breakdown
Provided below is a checklist to better see where you are in your project process.
Project Steps:
Contact SGP Sales Department.
Request a Project Quote for the project needing to be done.
Client receives a Project Quote & Terms from SGP Sales Department with detailed information about the project.
Client reads through Terms of the project and if clarification is needed e-mails all concerns to Sales Department.
— Downloadable PDF version of the SGP Terms for Project Quote available
on our website.
Client fills out an Online Authorization Form and submits it to SGP for project authorization.
— Client will receive an e-mail from our Sales Department with specific
information as to when their two business days will expire.
Once project authorization has been given client pays Website Hosting and/or Down payment separately through the SGP website.
Once payment has been received client works with Sales/Graphic Department to complete the needed project.
Once project has been completed and delivered, either by SGP, shipping or electronically. Client receives Invoice & Terms from SGP Sales Department with same and/or additional detailed information about the project.
Last step, client makes the Final Payment through the SGP website.
