∇ Cancellation
The Next Step
If client wishes to cancel project with SGP the procedure is below. The following
information is also provided to the client on the SGP Terms for Project Quote
for reference.
Project Cancellation:
• After client has given authorization to begin project, client will have with-in two business
days to cancel the project in writing. It is the responsibility of the client to submit the
request by the second day at 5:00 pm (PST). All requests are to be submitted by the
SGP Project Cancellation Form for consideration and too establish when received. If the
client decides to cancel the project after the two business days have elapsed their will
be a service charge. The service charge will be 25% - 50% of the total price quoted
depending upon how much work has been completed, minus website hosting charge
(if applicable). The two business days will begin once SGP has received the signed and
dated Online Authorization Form.
• If a refund is warranted to the client for a project cancellation, SGP will determine from
the down payment made by client what the 25% - 50% of the total price quoted will
be. After it has been established SGP will create a Project Cancellation Summary Report
(break down), this information will be gathered and e-mailed with a PDF file to the client.
With-in 30 days SGP will refund the funds that is stated on the report (if any are owed
to the client).
• All projects that are started and then cancelled by the client and/or SGP, the client will
receive none of the graphic files. All work is the property of SGP. Client may not take
any samples or ideas to another company and/or person for completion of their project.
• Website hosting is a non-refundable charge on all website projects. This charge will not
be refunded back to client if client and/or SGP cancels website project.
• Shipping and handling charges will be refunded if a non-website project has not been
started and cancelled. If a non-website project has been started and then cancelled,
shipping and handling will not be refunded.
