What Is A 'Quik Tip'?
'Quik Tips' is a new resource we recently added to our website to provide a little information on different topics.
Have you ever been in a situation where you needed to get a project done? But nobody is around to help you with it. That is where a ‘Quik Tip’ might be your answer to the problem. You might be asking yourself, what is a ‘Quik Tip’? Simply, a ’Quik Tip is a little pieces of information that you may know, or may not have known, about using a computer, software or hardware.
For instance, you’re at work and your boss would like for you to make what he/she feels are some simple little changes to someone else’s document. You being polite and everything, you say sure no problem. Once you look through the hard copy at all the changes, you say to yourself, I can do this, no problem. After locating the file and opening it up on your computer, you notice a big problem. Oh yes, I forgot to tell you, your boss also said he/she needs it done in 10 minutes. What do you do? In this situation one of our ‘Quik Tips’ could have helped the person who actually created the document. Here is a hint: Style Sheets.
