What is website hosting you ask?

Web hosting is simply a remote server located offsite that you pay a company for their services. The service is for files to be uploaded to, which in tell make-up your website. By having the files on a remote server, other people will have access to view your website live in their internet browser. For an example, you have a website and the address is www.websitename.com, if your files weren't hosted somewhere nobody would be able to see your website. On top of having your site live you also get useful information from a hosting company. Getting traffic reports, which tells you who looked at your site, what they looked at and how long they stayed is very useful information if you are ever going to have a successful website.

You've probably seen those ads, ones that advertise low cost or free web hosting service if you sign up, and or they will provide you with some templates to choose from to get you started. Were not here to bash any other companies on how that company provides their service. We feel if you use their template then the design is theirs and not yours. I do have to agree the templates are usually customizable to a point, but it is still their design.

SGP doesn't use any templates to create client websites; everything starts out from a blank page.
