I have read and understand the SGP Project Quote & Policy that has been provided to me prior to I filling out & signing this Online Authorization Form. I understand by signing this online authorization form, I’m authorizing SGP to begin work on my requested project.
My Next Step
I understand my next step is to make the down payment that was quoted on my Project Quote. Once SGP has received this online authorization form, they will e-mail me a special link to PayPal where I can make the payment.
I understand an existing PayPal account isn’t required to make a payment. That if I choose I can pay by my debit/credit card also.
Project Cancellation Policy
Once I the client have signed and submitted this online authorization form to SGP, I have within 2 business days to cancel my requested project work. It is the responsibility of I the client to cancel the project by submitting a Project Cancellation Form to SGP prior to the second day before 5:00 pm (PST).
Project Cancellation After 2 Business Days
I the client understands if I decide to cancel the project after the 2 business days have elapsed there will be a service charge. The service charge will be 25%-50% of the total quoted price depending upon how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.
Project Cancellation Summary Report
SGP will gather information and create a Project Cancellation Summary Report (break down) and email a PDF of the report to me. If SGP finds that a partial refund is warranted, it will be stated within the report. SGP will refund the amount stated in the report within 30 days in the form of a check.
All Project Files are Property of SGP
I the client understand all project that are started and then canceled by the client and/or SGP, the client will have no rights to the project graphic files. All work is the property of SGP. Client may not take any samples/or the ideas of SGP to another company and/or person for completion of said project.
